- 1.1 The Authority is seeking a Contractor for OPTIO Coach Route for Edinburgh College. OPTIO is an Oil & Gas industry body and the College facilitates OPTIO training from its Midlothian campus. This is a regular service that runs from the College-s Milton Road Campus (EH15 2PQ) to the College-s Midlothian Campus (EH22 3FR). The service runs all year with short breaks as part of the academic calendar. We require a single seater shuttle service (12/16 Seater).
