Description : Gentoo has a number of offices and depots within the boundaries of Sunderland, Houghton, Hetton and Washington - Tyne and Wear. The Group is currently undertaking a large accommodation review of those offices and depots which requires various parts of the business to move their operations into a more fit-for-purpose premises. As part of this, a very large number of Gentoo staff, who are currently based at Gentoo Group's Leechmere Depot, will be moving to a new location within the Pallion area of Sunderland. The site is located within Unit 26, Pallion Industrial Estate, Sunderland, SR4 6SJ. The site currently serves as premises for a different use and as such, requires an extensive revitalisation and fit-out to modernise the premises and to accommodate its new users.
