    Abstract: To undertake re purposing of two key areas within the Newport Campus of The University of South Wales.Phase 2 of the Newport Redevelopment Project is split into 2 sections.The current staff accommodation on C and D floor have been vacated as part of Phase 1 of the project. Phase 2 of the project is to convert this are on both C and D floor into a Business Lab, a Hydra suite and student facing areas.C Floor - to provide a Business Lab in the north with student facing learning commons and collaboration rooms to the south.D Floor - to provide a Hydra Suite to the north with pastoral support and collaboration rooms to the south.Both floors will entail removal of all current fittings and finishes and supply new. New lighting, alterations to the current small power, network, fire detection and air handling. All new flooring coverings as well as the construction of the new layout.Loose furniture is not part of the tender and neither is the Hydra Suite fitout.
