Outline Brief NEAS requires communication support to improve attraction to vacancies. Our priorities for this campaign are to improve our online presence, develop engagement materials and to build online content for on-line advertising. We are looking for this work to be delivered between March to June 2023. Campaign Objectives
• Increase applications for job vacancies
• Develop and deliver new advertising, engagement and campaign materials for employee attraction
• Improve NEAS reputation as diverse, inclusive and attractive employer Budget
• An overall budget is £50,000.
• Proposals will be assessed by quality, value for money and ability to impact key performance indicators in the timescales given.
• Proposals should include quotes for the overall campaign with a breakdown of individual activities, time and costs.
