Description : We are looking to identify a strategic partner to support us in achieving our mission and strategic objectives, through the provision of 2 core types of activities.
Element 1: strategic guidance, planning and coaching of the ELFT executive team
• support for ELFT strategy execution and application of the triple aim;
• supporting the developing of leadership for improvement;
• supporting the leadership team to sustain QI into the future;
• an annual on-site visit to meet with our teams, leaders and service users, provide feedback and guidance, develop relationships and continued enthusiasm for quality improvement.
Element 2: Learning
• providing access to networks of like-minded improvement-focused organisations;
• having the ability to broker contacts and collaboration across the globe to support ELFT-s quality improvement work;
• providing support to ELFT in sharing its learning and work with a global audience, through a variety of channels.
