Project Description :- Contract Ref: G/619/TR/21/SR The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust consists of a 600 bedded large district General Hospital. The Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a supplier to undertake a review of the Quality Governance function within the organisation, including (but not limited to): • Structures, systems & processes (including risk, quality contracting, patients experience, legal) • Capability and capacity • Reporting, investigating and managing risks to the quality of care • Sharing and improvement of practice through triangulation • Measurement and assurance reporting, including routes of escalation • Identification and delivery of quality & safety priorities (links to national, regional and local strategy, campaigns & initiatives) • Culture and engagement (within and across divisions) The supplier will need to be able to offer a distinctive, innovative, proactive and professional approach conducting the review.
