Description : Birmingham City Council (The Council) wishes to invite suitably experienced and qualified consultants to undertake a Sustainability Appraisal (SA) and Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of the Birmingham Development Plan Update in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and national guidance contained in the Planning Practice Guidance (PPG). This will form an integral part of the evidence base to underpin the new Local Plan.
