Description : Birmingham City Council Public Health wish to enhance its existing engagement through additional targeted and tailored engagement that focuses on specific communities particularly around non-digital engagement. It is working with existing community partners to set up a minimum of 10 telephone tree pilots to help extend engagement for those with limited digital access. We are looking to commission an organisation who will work closely with the community partners to upskill and co-ordinate the set up and delivery of a minimum of 10 telephone trees.
