- Project Description:- Mid and East Antrim Borough Council invite Tenders from experienced and competent consultants for provision of the following services: • Supervision and Maintenance of the Operation of the Leachate Treatment Plant • Environmental Monitoring as required by the Waste Management Licence and PPC (Pollution Prevention Control) Permit • Professional Services as required on an ad hoc basis to ensure compliance with the statutory requirements under the Waste Management Licence and PPC (Pollution Prevention Control) Permit.
