Description : The School of Engineering at the University is looking to purchase a smart grid and transmission line test rig(s) setup which is suitable for: o All test rig or rigs should come with both the necessary and additional recommended test equipment, software, power supply/supplies and accessories to ensure full functionality of the test rig(s) system. o Modular integration of renewable energies test rigs where applicable. o Each test rig frame panel should be width o All relevant electrical and mechanical safety considerations built into the design. o To be supplied with interactive/multimedia training course materials/operating instructions from the manufacture. o Be able to perform a range of experiments on the rig(s) including three-phase busbar, coupling, open-circuit transmission, circuit breaker overtime behaviours. o Be able to perform a range of experiments on the rig(s) including complex loads, load monitoring and power consumption analysis - using a range of resistance, induction, and capacitance loads. o Al... - Documents :
