Description : Please note this is a prior information notice (‘PIN-) and tender documentation is not available yet. West London NHS Trust intends launch a procurement at the end of August 2020 to appoint a provider to supply Security Support Staff for its Broadmoor Hospital site. The appointed provider will be expected to provide staff to support existing security staff in the management of the old and new sites, as well as security escorts for contractors working with those parts of the old hospital that will be retained by the Trust and the new hospital. This PIN is intended to notify potentially interested suppliers so that they may take steps to prepare for the launch of the procurement. The Trust anticipates a timetable of approx 14 days between publication of the contract notice and submission of bids and a mobilisation period of up to 4 weeks after the contract has been signed with services anticipated to commence in mid-November 2020.
