Description : Winchester City Council is seeking to appoint a professional consultancy, agency or individual to carry out a review of the partially completed existing Public Art Programme at the Waterlooville/Berewood development, Hampshire. A Section 106 agreement is in place as part of this development and this includes a public art fund. Requirements of the appointment include: undertaking community engagement, and bringing forward recommendations for approval, prior to creating a revised fully costed programme of public art. The appointed supplier will manage the subsequent procurement, commissioning and delivery of agreed art projects as S106 funding becomes available.The West of Waterlooville/Berewood development commenced in early 2008.
