Description : The Newcastle Partnership is committed to working with its partners to deliver a healthy, active and safe Borough. Mental ill health, substance misuse and addiction are serious issues which impact upon a diverse range of people in the Borough, including families and wider communities.There are a range of specialist services operating across the Borough of Newcastle-under-Lyme some of which work in partnership with the Borough Council. After a local analysis of need and based on evidence, there is an exciting opportunity to build upon an established service (currently provided by Open Door) and deliver shared outcomes around the prevention and early intervention agenda for individuals presenting with complex needs.
