Description : Saviours House is a Council owned general needs temporary accommodation facility for homeless households located within the London Borough of Hillingdon in Hayes End just off the main A4020 Uxbridge Road. The four-storey building comprises of 28 self-contained units, providing a total of 121 bed spaces, associated car parking, landscaping and a children's play area. All self-contained units are furnished.As part of the day to day operation of this facility the Council will retain several key functions including; repairs and maintenancerent setting and collectionidentification and placement of homeless householdsgrounds maintenance and specific fire safety and health & safety compliance responsibilitiesUnder this specification the Council are looking to enter a partnership with a provider who will take on the on-site day to day management of the facility.
