Description : The Restricted Procedure is being used to create a Dynamic Purchasing System for;The provision of Mobile Preliminary Roads Drug Testing Devices, (MPRDTD) the equipment, consumables, peripherals and services required around technical support, training, calibration, repair and maintenance as maybe required.
