Description : Archaeology at Southampton has a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Our syllabus covers the span of human history, from the emergence of our species to debates about the role of archaeology in contemporary society. Our staff are involved in archaeological fieldwork and investigations that feed into all our teaching.
