- Provision of a Graffiti & Fly Posting Removal Service & Street Washing Services
Project Description :- The purpose of the contract is to secure the safe and efficient removal of graffiti and fly posting on public and private property within the London Borough of Hillingdon, in such a way so as to present minimum impact to the London Borough of Hillingdon`s residents whilst operating within stringent targets. There will also be a requirement to complete proactive cleansing of street furniture, litter and dog bins, bus stops, street name plates and signs and any other ad-hoc environmental works as and when required The work will include removal of all reported graffiti and flyposting within agreed timescales; 1 working day from notification for racist/offensive incidents and 2 working days from notification for non-offensive incidents. Suppliers will be invited to submit alternative timescales for removal provided they do not exceed those stated in this tender specification and where the suggestion of a reduced timescale does not incur additional cost. An element of prevention work will be undertaken by the successful supplier. The supplier will be expected to create an agreed programme of pro-active graffiti removal work, including audits of key areas.
