Description : The Specification in Brief The specification below is set out for the specific services of the supply of Cleaning Services (Summer Clean) for the residences managed by Falmouth Exeter Plus, in accordance with the quality expectations and delivery times as set out below.The purpose of this specification is to ensure that our suppliers and products align with our department purpose to provide a 4 Star cleaning service across the campus at an affordable price. We want to develop local supply chains to enhance sustainability and to ensure that all residences are fresh, clean and hygienic to promote the Campus as a clean and healthy environment where students and holiday makers alike can relax and enjoy the Campus experience.ScopeFalmouth Exeter Plus invites you to provide a tender offer for the Summer cleaning of residences at the Penryn Campus and various offsite student accommodation locations in Penryn and Falmouth.The Contractor should ensure that the contract is staffed to a sufficient level at all times, usingsuitably trained staff who are provided with the necessary provisions to undertake the work set out in this specification.
