See tender documents for additional information.The works envisaged in the specification may include but are not limited to:*Servicing of Domestic Appliances, which could include but are not limited to gas, electric, oil, solid fuel, air-source and bio-mass appliances, pressurised cylinders and annual Landlord Gas or equivalent Safety Certification*Maintenance and repairs to all appliances, including but not limited to gas, oil, solid fuel, air-source or bio-mass appliances, as well as heating and hot water systems that include water tanks, pressurised/unvented cylinders and/or calorifiers.*24 Hour, seven days per week, 365 days per year responsive repair service to all heating and hot water appliances.*Servicing and annual safety check of cooking appliances owned by the landlord*Reactive and Programmed boiler replacement*Inspection, servicing and, where required by the contract administrator, re...
