The London Borough of Camden is seeking to award a contract for the provision of the delivery of guardian services to protect properties left empty due to a range of reasons including, regeneration, sale, redevelopment, on sites across the Borough.
The contract is for 3 years. This does not constitute as a guarantee that there will be vacant properties offered up to guardians throughout this time, though it is anticipated that there will be. Camden reserves the right to utilise empty properties in any way it deems best, including leaving them vacant.
