Description : Devon County Council is seeking to commission an integrated service commissioned on behalf of itself and NHS Devon Integrated Care Board to provide community equipment for Adults and Children in Devon. The Services should provide a one-stop shop for the direct provision, delivery, installation, support, maintenance, collection and recycling of Community Equipment items, including Technology Enabled Care and Support (TECS). The Council will require a single point of access to the Services for itself and the ICB that is supported by full back-office co-ordination and an effective and efficient IT solution to support on-line ordering and the real-time tracking of orders. The requirement is for any Service User within the Devon County Council boundary, with health and/or social care and/or educational needs to have quick and easy access to the Community Equipment including any TECS necessary for such Service Users to stay independent and live healthily for longer.
