The London Borough of Sutton is seeking the appointment of a development partner for the redevelopment of four sites in the centre of Sutton. The redevelopment of these sites are a major opportunity to implement the Council's plans for creating a vibrant, sustainable town centre.
As part of the development, the Council wants to create a new Civic Hub on the High Street which will host a range of public services provided by the Council and its partners including a new library, council offices and spaces for community activities and events. There is an opportunity across the four sites to create new commercial, retail and leisure spaces as well as a significant quantum of new residential development in the heart of the town centre.
It is the London Borough of Sutton's intention to run this procurement using the Competitive Dialogue process in line with Regulation 30 Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
