Description : Procure Plus requires energy modelling consultancy support to aid the delivery of the Homes as Energy Systems project, which is part-funded by the European Regional Development Funds through the 2014-2020 England Operational Programme. The HAES project started on 01 October 2018 and is expected to finish on 31 December 2022.HAES is delivering an estimated 700 retrofit interventions with the aim to increase the energy efficiency in the housing sector and decrease the annual emissions of Green House Gases (GHG) by 2,350 tonnes of CO2e in the Greater Manchester region. All interventions have been identified and comprise of a predetermined set of capital works that include ground source heat pumps, air source heat pumps, photovoltaic systems, batteries, external wall insulation and deep energy demand reduction retrofit. Procure Plus is the accountable body for a multimillion-pound European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) funded project, Homes as Energy Systems (HAES).A critical element of this project centres on the aggregation and control of energy stores, both electrical battery systems (a small number) and a combination of Ground Source Heat Pumps (GSHP) and Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP).A named project Delivery Part... - Documents :
