Description : NHS South East London CCG (under delegated commissioning on behalf of NHS England) is seeking to procure a high quality provider to deliver GP Primary Medical Services and Greenwich Premium Services under an APMS Contract from 1 October 2021 to be delivered from the purpose built Millennium Village Health Centre, School Bank Road, Greenwich, London, SE10 0QN, London. England. It is expected that the contract will be for an initial period of 5 years with the opportunity to extend the contract by agreement for up to 2 further 5-year periods (total 15 years).
This is a Prior Information Notice to notify potential providers of the future procurement and to allow interested providers with sufficient opportunity to become accredited providers on the NHS England APMS purchasing system (PDPS) — see details below — in order to participate in the upcoming procurement process.
