- Tenders are invited for Pre-Market Engagement - Maintenance Medical Gas Pipeline Systems [] CfT CA Unique ID: PaLS-4386 Evaluation Mechanism: Best Price-Quality Ratio Description: This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is being published by Business Services Organisation (BSO) Procurement and Logistics Service (PaLS) for the purposes of informing and engaging with potential service providers regarding the upcoming public competition for the provision of Maintenance of Medical Gas Pipeline Systems within Northern Ireland Health and Social Care (HSCNI) and the introduction of mandatory scored Social Value criteria.
