Description : Birmingham City Council wishes to invite suitably experienced and qualified organisations to undertake a Whole Plan Viability Assessment for the city in accordance with the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and national guidance contained in the Planning Practice Guidance (PPG). This will form an integral part of the evidence base to underpin development of related policies in the review of the Birmingham Development Plan (BDP). The assessment will: o Define site typologies based on the type of sites that are likely to come forward for development in the authority area for development.
