- Hillingdon Council are seeking a suitably qualified contractor for the Flooring project at the Platinum Jubilee Leisure Centre. Works include but not limited to the following:
- Supply and installation of flooring all associated trims, covings, thresholds, adhesives, fixtures, fittings and relevant build ups, as detailed within the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall make allowance for all cutting in around structural beams, bracings and the like.
- The tender enquiry includes a detailed pricing schedule, including descriptions, material names and references, quantities and the likes.
- Notwithstanding the statement included in the above point, the tenderer must provide a fully priced schedule of works with their tender returns, to enable comparison of tender pricing. Any agreed pricing document will also be included in the contract documents and may be used for valuation purposes.
- The Contractor shall refer themselves to the induvial room drawings for the latest design information. A specific GA has been provided in relation to the Climbing Centre and associated rooms only.
- The Contractor is responsible for preparing the subbase in preparation for the flooring installation. The Contractor should remove dust, particles and residues from preparation and dispose of safely
