Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council (BCP Council) seek tenders for a contractor for the inspection, operation and maintenance of BEMS Systems, plant room equipment, controls & oil & gas fired boilers and the potential of minor mechanical works within the BCP Council.
The anticipated start date of the contract is January 2023. The contract will be for three years with the option to extend for a further four years in 2 yearly increments (3+2+2). Therefore, if all extensions were taken the full length of the contract would be for seven years.
