Description : Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes Fire Authority (BMKFA) (the contracting Authority) wish to appoint a single Service Provider to provide the complete HVAC services detailed in the specification of requirements for Buckinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service. The Contracting Authority's service delivery is managed through its Headquarters facilities department, based at Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, across 19 sites within the county of Buckinghamshire and Milton Keynes. The successful bidder will also be provided with access to bid for future capital project opportunities that may arise during the contract term, which fall within the area of service expertise contained within the specification.The successful bidder will be required to provide a range of services to maintain the Authority's Pre-Planned maintenance services along with the Reactive maintenance services for all the HVAC requirements detailed within the Specification of Requirement.
