- Langstane Housing Association are procuring the services of a suitably accredited and experienced supplier to carry out planned inspections and testing and reactive maintenance of fire alarms (30 addresses), emergency lighting (51 addresses), CCTV (5 addresses), smoke detection systems (30 addresses), dry risers (24 addresses), extinguishers (8 addresses), sprinklers (2 addresses), dor-guard equipment (4 addresses) and key holding/alarm response (2 addresses). Please note that number of addresses may increase or decrease over the duration of the contract and are being provided to give potential bidders an indication of volumes.
