This is a Torbay Council Contract which will be administered and managed by TDA. This Contract is for the replacement of existing lifts that are either unreliable or not functioning correctly, located on three separate sites in Torbay. Paignton Academy, Waterleat Road, Paignton - 1no Hydraulic passenger lift Paignton Academy, borough Road, Paignton - 1no Hydraulic passenger lift Sherwell Valley Primary School, Hawkins Avenue, Torquay - 4no disabled persons platform lifts This Contract is being divided into Two Lots. Lot 1 Paignton Academy, Waterleat Road, Paignton - 1no Hydraulic passenger lift Paignton Academy, Borough Road, Paignton - 1no platform lift Lot 2 Sherwell Valley Primary School, Hawkins Avenue, Torquay - 4no disabled persons platform lifts Applicants may submit Tenders for Lot 1, for Lot 2 or for both Lots 1 & 2.
