Description : CCS is issuing this corrigendum to clarify that, whilst the framework is not intended to provide the main sourcing routes for new hospitals within the New Hospital Programme (NHP), for the avoidance of doubt, NHP does reserve the right to use it. This reserved right was stated in the PIN. In light of this clarification, on 23 November 2021, CCS reopened the invitation to tender for:i. any potential bidder wishing to now submit a tender for Lots 1, 2 and/or Lot 3 only;ii. bidders who have previously submitted a tender to consider whether they wish to amend and resubmit their tender(s) for Lots 1, 2 and/or 3 only.
