Description : The Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement to engage suitably qualified and experienced organisations to provide specialist engineering support to the Authority's waste services departments. The types of service that organisations will be expected to provide will include (the list is not exhaustive): o Support operational safety and environmental permit compliance. o Providing technical/engineering advice in the procurement of any new waste management services. o Participate in annual condition surveys. o Review and report upon the annual planned outages at the Authority's Energy Recovery Facility (ERF). o Review and report upon the operation and maintenance of the waste facilities o Review and manage contractor facility handback plans. o Attend site to undertake investigation into technical / safety issues and incidents, engineer and recommend solutions, provide detailed reports on root... - Documents :
