Description : Outdoor Lower Test Rig for mounting an Electrical Motor with Propeller (design included) to enable outdoor testing. This does not include the propulsion systems. Includes manufacture, supply and installation. The lower test rig must be fully installed and operational by 31/12/2021 to ensure no delays on this or other future projects with deadlines attached. The rig is expected to be in place for some six months after which the successful bidder will be required to dismantle and remove it.
