LCRCA / Merseytravel is currently investigating market interest for forthcoming Out- of- Home (OOH) advertising contracts (bus stops and tunnels) as well as bus stop supply, clean, repair, maintenance contracts, including the provision of timetable information and electrical aspects.
This is a follow up to the initial RFI (Request for Information) that was issued on 24/09/2024.
Instructions to Respond
Suppliers are requested to:
• Review the below information to assess whether they could meet the potential needs of Transport for Liverpool City Region / Merseytravel;
• Submit a response to this RFI by completing the short questionnaire in Annex 1 no later than 5pm, Monday 11th November 2024. Please note responses can include attachments for ease.
• We appreciate that not all sections of the RFI will be applicable to all potential suppliers. Please complete relevant sections for the areas you are interested in.
If you have any questions, please send them to Tender@liverpoolcityregion-ca.gov.uk OR Paul.desmet@liverpoolcityregion-ca.gov.uk quoting Out-of-Home Advertising RFI in the subject field. If the questions and response are deemed relevant, they may be shared with other suppliers that this RFI has been sent to (anything commercially sensitive will not be shared).
