Description : Orbit Group is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Principal Contractor who can undertake decarbonisation retrofit works in line with the requirements of PAS 2035.The initial project is made up of circa 410 properties over 2 years of which 160 will be funded by SHDF wave 2.1 funding. Orbit will continue to explore other areas of funding for the remaining properties. This project is expected to start in March 2024 and complete by no later than September 2025.
