Description : The SSRO is seeking to award a 3 year contract for the provision of web-based access to legal resources, covering as a minimum:1. Up to date legislation and statutory instruments and linked case law references and commentary;2. Comprehensive databases of UK and EU case law;3. Encyclopaedias, commentary, journals and practice guides in the following areas: (a) Procurement and contracts; (b) Administrative and public law; (c) Civil procedure, including Judicial Review; (d) Access to information, particularly: freedom of information, data protection, GDPR and official secrets; (e) Employment law; and4. Comprehensive precedent documents.The SSRO is also seeking pricing for the following additional services (or equivalents), which it may purchase at its sole discretion -5. Law of Public and Utilities Procurement, volume 1 (3rd Edition), Arrowsmith;6. Chitty on Contracts, volume 1 (33rd Edition), Beale; and/or7.
