Copeland Borough Council is seeking to appoint the provision of specialist programme and project management services in support of the Council-s Nuclear & Energy programme.The contracted Services to be provided are briefly summarised as follows (but are not be limited to):Support on the establishment and implementation of programme management arrangements for complex, multi-stakeholder programmes;Proactively project manage and lead the development of a range of work streams;Influence and collaborate with UK Government and its agencies, local, regional and national suppliers and other partners/stakeholders;Coordinate the provision of an adequate evidence base and impact analysis to support the development of policy documents and responses to policy consultations.
