- Tenders are invited for NO3736353B - 21-19 Cookstown Adult and Day Centre Alterations CfT CA Unique ID: CPDHP-603 Evaluation Mechanism: Price/Cost Effectiveness Description: Alterations required for the Day Centre to relocate into Westlands Annex wing, and the Adult Centre expanding into the vacated Day Centre. Works will comprise the alterations to some walls and doors replacement of some floor finishes, walls and ceiling finishes, alterations for some new electrical services, fire alarm and detection cabling and data cabling. Modifications will also be required to the existing domestic water supply, with installation of new sinks where required. Externally, a new accessible ramp leading to automated doors will be installed to the current Building Regulations.
