Description : NHSEI LA GMTS are asking suppliers to carry out a market evaluation for an application to replace their existing system, to manage their Graduate scheme. The system needs to cover the entire lifecycle from application through to work placement and completion of Graduate within the NHS. High level functionality is to include • Application process through to appointment / placement• Competency frameworks• Training • Leave / sickness• Compensation Each Graduate has a placement managers who will need to access the system and report back to the Learning Academy and provide progress reporting. Reporting needs to show if they meet competency frameworks to pass placement The system needs to manage some variation in how different graduate cohorts are dealt with, but the approach needs to be standardised with its processes. Key requirements include :• Exam scores • Self-service• Competency attainment• Communication of key messages with grads • Publish surveys from it for grads NHSEI have looked at some other potential vendors at a high level, however work done in the past has not been focused as part of a true evaluation.
