Description : NHS England South West, ("the Commissioner") are seeking to secure a Provider who have the capability and capacity to establish a Co-Production Panel (experts by experience) to contribute to the development of non-custodial pathways and other associated Health and Justice services across the South West.The Panel will advise and shape programme design, delivery plans and overall governance to ensure that the services commissioned are fit for purpose and appropriate for the populations they serve.The Panel will co-produce the following services:Integrated Non-Custodial Services (IN-CS), which support people who are in touch with the criminal justice system who have particular healthcare needs. The services aim to divert people away from custodial sentences where possible through provision of appropriate support, and/or to ensure that people's healthcare needs (including mental health and substance misuse needs) are met once people leave custody.
