Abstract: Lot 1- Kent and Medway has an estimated annual contract value of £2,737,317(inclusive of a fixed baseline/block contract value, a variable element/tariff and an inequalities fund)The annual contract value is based on 95% uptake for adolescent programmes and 65% uptake for flu (Reception - Yr6)Contracts are to let for an initial 5-year term, with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
