Description : The Authority is seeking to appoint a Lead Planning Consultant (LPC) to lead, project manager, guide, provide advice, and to deliver the Local Planning Authority and Marine Management Organisation consents for Cruise Hull Yorkshire. The LPC will deliver the required studies, including planning and environmental reports. The LPC will bring an in-house or procured planning and environmental team together to deliver the planning application.The Lead Consultant and their team will be required to work alongside, and in partnership with, a specialist team appointed by the Authority including an architect and marine engineer.
