Description : M & Y Maintenance and Construction is a wholly owned commercial subsidiary of Regenda Ltd. M & Y wish to establish a DPS for provision of materials for the delivery of the services provided by M & Y including repairs, maintenance, refurbishment and construction. The DPS has been divided into 27 categories as detailed below. Suppliers can apply for one or more categories.

It is intended that the DPS will run for an initial period of three years with the option to extend for a further period of two years.
Materials will be required predominantly for works in individual, communal and residential sites but may also include commercial/industrial sites, sites of historical nature or new building sites.
