Description : Milton Keynes Council is running this soft market test to help us gain an understanding of the market and current technological capabilities to help us inform the strategy for Council-s Hybrid Post Solution to:
• reduce the quantity and cost of paper-based communication (to help deliver MK Sustainability Strategy, 2019-2050);
• improve customer service and the efficiency of all services — customers have told us they prefer digital contact methods;
• nudge/influence channel shift to online contact methods that avoids post service altogether;
• to make financial savings to help MKC maintain a well-managed and balanced budget.
