Description : The London Borough of Enfield is seeking the appointment of a development partner for the redevelopment of the site known as Meridian Thirteen, within the wider Meridian Water regeneration project in Enfield.The Council is seeking a genuine partnership with a Developer to explore and develop the means to achieve the following key objectives:1.
