- Meet The Buyer Event - Electoral Management System
Luton Council will be going out to the market for the provision of Electoral Management System and would like to invite you to attend a Meet the Buyer event prior to publishing this tender. The MTB event will be held on Monday 16/10/23 at 2:15pm with hybrid options available - online via Teams or in person. This event will outline our requirements, the tender process, provide some guidance on Social Value and provide an opportunity for some Q&A. If you wish to attend please register your interest no later than 27/09/23 5:00pm by emailing Kasia Kosciuszko on kasia.kosciuszko@luton.gov.uk stating your preferred option (in person or online). You will receive a confirmation email w/c 2/10/23 with, as appropriate, link to teams meeting or address.
Please note: The EMS must interface with the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) portals (voter ID, overseas electors, postal vote applications etc.) and data channels (DWP data for canvassing, registration applications etc.)
