Luton Council will be going to market for the provision of Brickwork and Scaffolding at Freemans Green development in Luton. The package will include brick and block works and scaffolding to houses from ground floor level to roof level. Freemans Green is a development of 15 houses located in Sherd Close, Luton for social occupation. The properties are three storey townhouses in blocks of three, and have either four or five bedrooms and are of traditional construction.
We would like to invite you to attend Meet the Buyer event prior to publishing this tender. The MTB event will be held remotely via MS Teams on Tuesday 07/11/23 at 11:00am. This event will outline our requirements, the tender process, provide some guidance on Social Value and provide an opportunity to ask questions.
