Abstract: Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is committed to ensuring patients deserve a consistent standard of care every time they receive treatment. This includes the provision of a safe and effective environment with minimal risk of equipment failure. It is important that dental equipment is regularly serviced and maintained. This enables a safe working environment for staff and ensures that first-line maintenance tasks are understood and being carried out correctly.LEVEL OF COVER REQUIRED: SEMI-COMPREHENSIVEThe contractor shall undertake ONE planned preventative maintenance visit per annum during the contract period. Maintenance shall be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer-s instructions.The contract charge will include all costs associated with parts, travel and labour required for routine servicing. Call-out requests from Monday to Friday during normal working hours including charges, travel and labour (9.00am - 5.00pm) shall also be included at no extra cost.Any other parts will be chargeable, along with call-outs requests outside of normal working hours.In terms of call-out requests, where equipment is not useable, the on-si... - Documents :
