    Description : BackgroundMott MacDonald trading as 'Cambridge Education' has been appointed by the UK Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), to deliver the Sierra Leone Secondary Education Improvement Programme (SSEIP 2).Scope of Work The organisation selected will work with the LWL team to:1. Develop a shared understanding of the School Leadership Programme objectives and outcomes, key audiences and geographies.2. Design and develop a programme of on -the- job training and support for LLLs, within the parameters described below, which will prepare them to support the development of school leaders during the course. This will include: a. Skills to build effective professional relationships b. Coaching and mentoring skills c. Setting up peer networksd.
